If you are unsure about combinations, it is recommended to consult a professional.
What is the basic skincare routine?
The foundation of any skincare routine includes:
- cleansing
- toning
- moisturizing
- sun protection (SPF)
This basic routine supports healthy skin and serves as a base for adding active treatments.
Do you help with product selection?
Yes. Skincare selection is a key part of my work.
I help build an individual skincare routine based on skin condition, concerns, and lifestyle.
Online consultations are also available for clients who are unable to visit in person.
Are the products original?
Yes. The store offers only original professional skincare products.
We work directly with official brand distributors.
Delivery and shipping times
We deliver within Estonia to parcel lockers.
Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Free delivery is available for orders over €70.
For orders under €70, the delivery fee is shown at checkout.
If a product is not available from the supplier, delivery time may be extended. In this case, the customer may wait, choose another product of equal value, or request a refund.
Returns
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order without providing a reason.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item was sent incorrectly or is defective.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- opened or used cosmetic products
- items without protective seals or original packaging
