For products purchased from AuraLume OÜ, customers have the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, the customer must contact us within 14 days by email at auralume.info@gmail.com and submit a return request.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Exceptions apply only in cases where the product is incorrect or defective — in such cases, return shipping will be covered by AuraLume OÜ.
Non-returnable items (for hygiene and safety reasons):
- Sealed cosmetic products that have been opened
- Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons after opening or use
- Items without intact protective seals (e.g. missing foil or protective film)
- Custom-made or specially ordered products
- Products that have been mixed or combined with other products in a way that makes separation impossible
- Products used for professional or commercial purposes
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned items and will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time.
