1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from the online store operated by AuraLume OÜ. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Products and Orders
- Availability: All products displayed in the online store are subject to availability.
- Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or unavailable from the supplier. In such cases, the customer will be notified and fully refunded.
3. Prices and Payment
- Currency: All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
- Process: Payment must be completed at the time of order using the available payment methods. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
4. Delivery
- Method: Delivery is carried out within Estonia via parcel locker services.
- Timeframe: Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.
- Free Delivery: Applies to orders over 70 EUR. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee is applied at checkout.
- Delays: If a product is unavailable from the supplier, delivery may be delayed. The customer can choose to wait, select an alternative product, or request a refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
- 14-Day Window: Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

6. Non-returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:
- Sealed cosmetic products that have been opened.
- Products without intact protective seals.
- Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
- Custom-made or specially ordered products.
- Products mixed or used in a way that prevents resale.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued after an inspection of the returned goods. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
8. Liability
AuraLume OÜ is not responsible for damages resulting from the improper use of products.
